Ticket Information: Tickets are free and available at https://www.backtohogwartsnyc.com/. The event is suitable for all ages; however, attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used on the selected date and time.
The time on your ticket is your arrival time to the queue. You will need to queue before you are able to enter the event.
Please arrive at the 42nd Street entrance at your ticketed time. While we will do our best to accommodate early or late arrivals, entry will be at our discretion and subject to venue capacity.
We kindly request that you limit your time at the event to a maximum of 60 minutes to allow all guests to enjoy the experience.
Important: A ticket does not guarantee entry. We reserve the right to close the queue should the venue reach capacity.
The event is accessible to guests in wheelchairs. Service animals are welcome.

While there will be no strobe lighting, smoke, or haze effects, you should be prepared to be in a crowded environment.
You may need to queue for an extended period before entering the event.
